-If I qualify for free shipping, how long will it take me to receive my order?
33-5 business days
-What if I place an order and an item does not fit me or I don't like it?
No worries! We will cover the shipping cost of your first exchange and send you an equal cost item as a replacement (i.e. a different size or style jean of the same collection) within 2 weeks as long as the item is in perfect condition and a receipt can be provided. If the order was placed for pick-up, the same conditions apply but the item must be dropped off (contactless available).
-What if my shipment gets lost?
If the shipment was not lost due to an incorrect address, we will cover up to $100 of the cost of the shipment.
-Why do sizing options come in pairs of 2?
Colombian jeans are high-stretch and body conforming, which makes it where a larger range of sizes can fit in the same jean.
Why is the size on my jean(s) tag different than the size I ordered?
Our manufacturers often label jeans with Colombian sizing which starts at a size 6 (which is equivalent to a U.S. size 0/1) and is always 5/6 sizes larger than the U.S. size which is used to place orders on this site.

We are taking all CDC recommended steps and more to keep our company and employees safe. Some of the steps we are taking include:
-Availability of contactless curbside pick-up.
-Use of protective face-covering while preparing your package.
-Use of new gloves for every package prepared.
-Cleansing of all packages once sealed with disinfectant.
